Natalia Gromadskikh, MSSc, has been an active consultant on Communication and Public Relations since 2001. She is the CEO of a consulting company on strategic communication: "IPR, Belarus", since 2006.
Natalia Gromadskikh is also a Professor in the discipline "Public Relations" at the Belarusian State University, the Academy of Postgraduate Education, London PR School (LPRS), Business School EMAS in CIS countries. She functions as a regular and reliable reviewer of translated textbooks and manuals on PR.
Ms Gromadskikh is a jury member of the international contests "The Baltic PR Awards" (Latvia, 2012, 2014, 2016), "PRAVDA Awards" (Ukraine, 2010), "PR Formos" (Lithuania, 2008), "PR-kvietka" (Belarus, 2005–2015), and "Serebryany Luchnik" (Russia, 2013–2016). She is a speaker and a member of expert committees of international professional conferences, forums, congresses in Russia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia, and London.

Ms Gromadskikh is an initiator and strives for due recognition of the Belorusian Public Relations industrty at national and international level. She has participated in many Press-conference & Publications and acts she is also the initiator of the Belarusian PR Day celebrated in Belarus since 1 November, 2013.
As the founder and executive officer of the first Belarusian PR-conference "PR Readings" in Minsk, she is steering an organizing team who has managed to achieve:
- more than 200 participants annually
- international speakers from 11 countries
- 9 conferences from 2003 until 2011
As the executive officer of the country’s only professional PR-contest "PRЕМIА", she has developed an event with:
- an international jury
- 8 nominations
- 8 annual editions from 2004 until 2011
As the founder and moderator of the PR-club embracing more than 150 Belarusian PR-specialists, she has fostered the following benefits:
- all topics are devoted to the development of PR as a strategy
- 8 meetings were held in 2015 + 42 meetings since 2006
As the initiator and coordinator of opinion polls on the state of the PR sector in Belarus, she has managed an outreach to 300 Belarusian companies from 10 economic sectors and secured the polls to be held once in three years. Tthe most recent one was in December 2015 - an international poll in collaboration with Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
She has been invited as a conference speaker or a jury member representing Belarus at a number of international PR events: Baltic PR Awards (2014), PR Days (Russia), Pradva Awards (Ukraine), Baltic Weekend, PR-Kvetka (2015), and the World PR Forum.
